The Air 

Since I was about 3 years old I have been coming to Bananas, sifting through the glittery gowns, perfect hats, and rows on rows of denim.  It’s funny, because as my life in fashion has evolved from a 3 year old fantasy, to now a fashion week prep reality, Bananas has grown with me, and remains the best place to go treasure hunting. Richard, the owner, pays special attention to detail, and its obvious from the leopard print dressing rooms, to the actual pictures of his great grand parents hanging on the walls. There are glass cabinets filled with pins and jewelry, baskets of fur, and boxes of colorful silk scarfs, it’s honestly a dream world. Every time I head to Gloucester, I make special time to go to Bananas. This time, I found what I like to call the perfect $15 dollar outfit. A real leather pencil skirt, and a black cashmere turtleneck, I was a very happy girl.
